National CEO/Managing Director Monash IVF: Mr James Thiedeman
James joined Monash IVF in 2009 as the group's National Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. James has spent the last 20 years working in healthcare in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Monash IVF, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Noosa Hospital on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. James has held previous roles with Ramsay Health Care, Affinity Health, Mayne Health and Health Care of Australia. Before moving to the private health industry, James held senior policy and planning positions in the public sector. James' formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Health Administration and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. James has also held previous teaching positions with the University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology.

CEO Monash IVF Queensland: Dr Adrianne Pope
Adrianne has a background in science with a Ph.D. in genetics and has over 20 years experience in the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) industry.

She commenced her career in IVF in 1987 in Queensland. ART launched Adrianne in a varied career around the world having directed a number of ART facilities in Australia and overseas with positions in the USA and Ireland.

Adrianne has a vast wealth of experience in dealing with all issues related to ART and was very active in the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) for many years. Her involvement has included the co-ordination and writing of the 2005 RTAC Code of Practice and the 2008 review. Dr. Pope was re-elected President of the Fertility Society of Australia for a second term in 2005 thus making her the first FSA president to do so. She is currently past president of the FSA. She has represented the FSA at many government reviews relating to accreditation and undertaken many submissions relating to legislation & regulation. In 2010 she rejoined Monash IVF as CEO of the Monash IVF Queensland facilities. Adrianne's role involves overseeing all aspects of the company's services in the sunshine State.

Scientific Director Monash IVF: Dr Tiki Osianlis
Tiki has been involved in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technologies and IVF for almost 20 years, having been with Monash IVF since 1997.  Tiki completed her Bachelor of Science (Hons) at Monash University and went on to complete her PhD with IVF pioneer Professor Alan Trounson.  Her studies focused on examining the physiological mechanisms of a select group of antigens during fertilisation and pre-implantation development. 

Tiki is responsible for the Embryology and Genetics laboratories within Monash IVF and oversees operational performance, auditing and training compliance, quality management and implementation of new technologies.  She is dedicated to achieving optimal results and increasing Monash IVF's success rates. Her main research interests are in gamete and embryo cryopreservation, sperm-oocyte interaction during fertilisation, optimal embryo selection and examining blastocyst-endometrial interaction to improve implantation.
